ENEIDA M. ROMÁN

Román is a Latina breakthrough champion and connector at a local and national level. For over a decade, she has been a risk-taking entrepreneur, providing a breadth of legal services for her clients through the boutique legal practice she founded. Román is also the co-founder of the Latina Circle, Inc, (dba Amplify Latinx), a nonprofit social venture that is building economic and political power for Latinos in Massachusetts. Román is an award-winning multi-faceted professional whose experience and background include executive work around advising individuals and small businesses in legal compliance, negotiation, diversity & inclusion, organizational behavior, nonprofit interest work, as well as teaching at college level and psychological assessments. She has served in leadership positions for the American Bar Association, Hispanic National Bar Association, and Massachusetts Bar Association.
