In addition to serving as a force for inclusionary social change, equity and stronger team productivity through her coaching and leadership advising business, Shades of Success, Inc., Giraldo-Kerr is the co-founder of The Lived Experiences Project, which documents and amplifies stories of persons of color in Needham with the goal of influencing systemic change. She is also an elected trustee at the Needham Free Public Library, where she spearheads the ‘Diversity and Discussion’ book club. She has led numerous workshops, published articles and is the author of the forthcoming “Managing Micro Inequities: Small Actions, Big Impact.” Giraldo-Kerr holds a master’s degree from Harvard Graduate School of Education and an MBA from F.W. Olin School of Business at Babson College.
