We believe businesses and nonprofits should foster workplace and customer environments that provide equal access and equity of opportunity through the intentional inclusion of all.

Celebrating diversity, championing equity and cultivating inclusion, with humility, dignity and civility, are critical to the economic and cultural vitality and overall health of our region.

To best serve and represent our members, the chamber will work continually to ensure inclusion is a meaningful part of all aspects of our organization’s operations and strategic initiatives.
