Ambassadors Committee
Official welcoming and outreach group for new and ongoing members. All new members are paired with an ambassador upon joining.
Arts & Culture Committee
The Arts & Culture Committee seeks to help chamber members discover the power of arts and culture in the community and its vital role in the local and regional economy. The committee advocates for artists and arts organizations in our municipalities, business ecosystem, and broader cultural context.
Dining Collaborative
A forum for owners and managers to share information, innovative ideas and collaborate on ways to nurture our local hospitality industry.
Environment Committee
Promotes green initiatives and helps businesses adopt environmentally friendly practices in cost efficient ways.
Finance Committee
A sub-committee of the Board of Directors led by the chamber’s treasurer, the Finance Committee provides oversight of the chamber’s budget and financial policies.
Golf Committee
Assists the staff with the planning and execution of our annual Golf Tournament.
Governance Committee
A sub-committee of the Board of Directors, the Governance Committee makes recommendations related to the board’s role, composition and by-laws. The committee nominates qualified individuals based on criteria to be elected as board members.
N2 Business Forum
Steering committee of public officials, property owners, entrepreneurs, educators and business leaders. The group develops programming, marketing strategies and key initiatives for the purpose of creating a suburban destination for innovation sector companies, as well as to cultivate a live, learn, work, play culture within the area.
Needham Business Alliance
Comprised of business, civic and community leaders working together to ensure the economic and cultural vitality of Needham through awareness campaigns, strategic initiatives and events.
Nonprofit Coalition
Fosters engagement, collaboration and resource sharing among nonprofit members within our communities. Additionally, the group is dedicated to cultivating enduring and mutually beneficial partnerships between for-profit and nonprofit chamber members.
Retail Collaborative
An exclusive forum for owners and managers to share information, exchange innovative ideas, and collaborate in nurturing the local retail industry.
Scholarship Committee
Reviews applications and awards four scholarships every spring to graduating high school seniors from Newton, Needham, Watertown and Wellesley.
Wellesley Business Alliance
Comprised of business, civic and community leaders working together to ensure the economic and cultural vitality of Wellesley through awareness campaigns, strategic initiatives and events.
Women's Impact Network
The Women’s Impact Network supports and fosters women in business through a wide variety of networking opportunities, professional development workshops, collaboration, and social events. By bringing those together who identify as female within business, civic, and nonprofit sectors, this chamber committee makes it possible to create meaningful relationships among this robust member segment.
Young Professionals Group
The chamber’s young professionals group supports and engages professionals under 40 in our region through networking events, professional development, community activism and other initiatives.
